This is the Exchange Club of Bristol Third Annual Show which will be May 19, 2013 starting 11:00 am to 3:00 pm. Admission for Show Cars is $10.00 for Benefiting the Parent and Child Center of Bristol. The Show is at Bristol Farms Plaza 1235 Farmington Ave. Bristol, Ct. by Sears and Webster Bank Parking lot. We will have trophies, 50/50 raffle and Door Prizes. Rain Date is May 26, 2013. The Exchange Club of Bristol is a non-profit organization made up of group of men and women working together to make a better place to live though programs of service Americanism, Community Service, Youth Activities and its national project the Prevention of Child Abuse. The 9th Annual Lyme-Old Lyme Memorial Day Antique Car Show will be held on Monday, May 27, 2013, 9-2, at the Lyme Art Academy, Old Lyme, CT, I-95 Exit 70. 13 classes, Peoples’ Choice. $5.00 spectator admission, $10.00 for car registration. Wayne Carini, star of Velocity’s hit television show, “Chasing Cars,” will be on hand to award a special “Autism Speaks” trophy. Antique Auto Show
The New England Air Museum has announced that it will hold its annual Antique Auto Show on Sunday, June 2nd.
Co-sponsored by the Connecticut Council of Car Clubs, this will be one of the larger auto shows of the year. Visitors can expect a wide range of cars including early antiques such as Model T’s, show cars from the 30’s & 40’s, street rods, sports cars, the dream cars of the 50’s and muscle cars of the 60’s and early 70’s. The show will feature the 50th anniversary of the Rivera with a favorite Buick Award.Admission to the Auto Show is included with the regular admission fee to the Museum. A food vendor will be on site all day for the convenience of visitors. The Auto Show will run from 10AM to 3PM with the Museum staying open until 5PM.
Also available on the day of the event will be the Museum’s Flight Sim Spot which provides visitors with a high tech flight experience. Additionally we will have educators on duty giving demonstrations that illustrate the science of flight.

The 35th Annual Time Machines Antique Car Show & Flea Market
The 35th Annual Time Machines Antique Car Show & Flea Market will be held Sunday, July 28th 8- 3 at the Guilford Fairgrounds, 111 Lovers Lane, Guilford, CT Rain or Shine.
Presented by the CT Area Classic Tbird Club, this event has an expected attendance of 500 show cars and over 125 vendor spaces filled with various auto related items. A portion of the proceeds benefits various charities.
There is a good variety to enjoy with 26 judged show car classes and a flea market of mostly auto related items. 3 trophies per car class plus trophies for the Best Unrestored vehicle and President's Choice. We also have a display only, non judged class for vehicles 1989 and newer for people who want to share their special car with others. Plaques are given to the first 400 show cars, vehicles up to 1988. Most show car classes are by brand affiliation and this years featured class is Street Machines, Street Rods. Custom Cars, Custom Pickups, & Lead Sleds. Trophy competition vehicles need to be on the show field by 12 noon and must also be present for awards ceremony at 3pm. There will be a car corral featuring cars that are for sale, music by a DJ, multiple food vendors and prizes, and clean permanent bathrooms. Spectator parking is free on site.
